La Agrupación Provincial en Burgos de la formación castellanista PARTIDO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN (PCAL) critica la paralización que el PP y el PSOE, así como las instituciones que gobiernan, del proyecto que reclama que la línea férrea de alta velocidad (AVE) que una las capitales de Palencia y Santander, pase por Burgos, aprovechando en parte la línea ya proyectada de Valladolid a Burgos. Los castellanistas burgaleses consideran que esta modificación debe ser incluida en el actual Plan Estratégico de Infraestructuras y Transportes (PEIT), y había exigido, a través de TIERRA COMUNERA (TC), formación hoy integrada en PCAL, a los dos grandes partidos, PP y PSOE, en Enero de 2008 que estudiaran esta medida por su extraordinario interés para las infraestructuras viarias burgalesas. Con esta reclamación, el PARTIDO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN TIERRA COMUNERA (TC) de Burgos expresa su apoyo al estudio realizado por varios profesores del Área de Ingeniería del Terreno de la Universidad de Burgos, que evidencia numerosas ventajas del enlace de alta velocidad Palencia-Burgos-Aguilar-Santander, sobre el previsto Palencia-Alar-Santander, a la hora de comunicar la zona norte de la península y de resolver las comunicaciones entre Cantabria y la Meseta.
Para el PARTIDO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN (PCAL-BURGOS), resulta sorprendente que tras más de 14 meses trascurridos desde que se presentó esta interesante propuesta, ni los responsables provinciales del PP (César Rico) ni del PSOE (José Mª Jiménez), ni el gobierno regional de Castilla y León, ni el Ministerio de Fomento del Gobierno Central se hayan posicionado ante esta infraestructura alternativa, dejando pasar inútilmente un tiempo imprescindible para modificar las previsiones de comunicación por Alta Velocidad Ferroviaria entre la Meseta y Cantabria.
Por ello, el PARTIDO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN (PCAL-BURGOS), presentará la semana que viene una batería de preguntas en el Parlamento de Castilla y León, en el Congreso de los Diputados y en el Senado, para conocer el posicionamiento de los grupos parlamentarios del PP y del PSOE y de las administraciones regional y central acerca de la propuesta que plantea que el Corredor Ferroviario de Alta Velocidad entre Palencia y Santander, pase por Burgos.
Los castellanistas burgaleses destacan que el trazado ferroviario Palencia-Santander actualmente previsto, margina a la provincia de Burgos, negándola un acceso directo a la costa cantábrica. Con la línea férrea de alta velocidad prevista Palencia-Burgos-Aguilar-Santander, dado que se utiliza el tramo de otra línea ya proyectada (la Valladolid-Burgos), lo único que se realiza es sustituir el tramo Palencia-Aguilar por el tramo Burgos-Aguilar, con una reducción de trayecto a construir de 20 kilómetros. Esta pérdida de ubicación estratégica de Burgos con relación al diseño de la nueva red de infraestructuras estatales, es además algo ya constatado por el 1º Boletín de Coyuntura Económica editado por Caja Rural de Burgos y publicado este mismo mes de febrero de 2009.
Con esta modificación propuesta, la alta velocidad ferroviaria Palencia-Burgos-Aguilar-Santander, se realiza un importante ahorro económico (543 millones de euros frente a los 662 millones del trayecto original previsto), no se afecta prácticamente el tiempo de viaje estimado entre Palencia y Santander, beneficiaría a todas las ciudades de Castilla y León con destino Santander (especialmente Valladolid y Palencia), ya que la frecuencia global de trenes a Santander sería mayor, y captaría viajeros del conjunto del AVE que une Madrid con País Vasco. Por todo ello se tendría una línea con más demanda, más rentable y que posibilitaría una mayor frecuencia de trenes.
La propuesta de unir por alta velocidad ferroviaria Palencia-Burgos-Aguilar-Santander, es coherente con la filosofía del AVE de unir grandes y medianos núcleos de población, vertebra ferroviariamente mejor la Comunidad de Castilla y León y el conjunto del norte peninsular, todo ello sin perjudicar los intereses de ciudades como Valladolid, Palencia o Aguilar de Campoo. Los castellanistas también coinciden con las afirmaciones realizadas por los profesores del Área de Ingeniería del Terreno de la Universidad de Burgos, en el sentido de que el trazado propuesto presenta notables ventajas añadidas desde el punto de vista geotécnico, topográfico o medio ambiental, por lo cual desde el punto de vista social y técnico es la opción más acertada.
Finalmente, el PARTIDO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN (PCAL-BURGOS) considera que las previsiones ferroviarias de alta velocidad del PP (Plan Viaria) y del PSOE (PEIT) han marginado sensiblemente las comunicaciones de Burgos con su entorno, y muy especialmente de la capital del Cid con Madrid (por Aranda de Duero) y con Santander, por todo ello, les reclama que rectifiquen en sus anteriores errores, incluyendo la comunicación ferroviaria de alta velocidad entre la Meseta y Cantabria, a través de Palencia-Burgos-Aguilar-Santander.

Con esta reclamación, el PARTIDO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN TIERRA COMUNERA (TC) de Burgos expresa su apoyo al estudio realizado por varios profesores del Área de Ingeniería del Terreno de la Universidad de Burgos, que evidencia numerosas ventajas del enlace de alta velocidad Palencia-Burgos-Aguilar-Santander, sobre el previsto Palencia-Alar-Santander, a la hora de comunicar la zona norte de la península y de resolver las comunicaciones entre Cantabria y la Meseta.
Para el PARTIDO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN (PCAL-BURGOS), resulta sorprendente que tras más de 14 meses trascurridos desde que se presentó esta interesante propuesta, ni los responsables provinciales del PP (César Rico) ni del PSOE (José Mª Jiménez), ni el gobierno regional de Castilla y León, ni el Ministerio de Fomento del Gobierno Central se hayan posicionado ante esta infraestructura alternativa, dejando pasar inútilmente un tiempo imprescindible para modificar las previsiones de comunicación por Alta Velocidad Ferroviaria entre la Meseta y Cantabria.
Por ello, el PARTIDO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN (PCAL-BURGOS), presentará la semana que viene una batería de preguntas en el Parlamento de Castilla y León, en el Congreso de los Diputados y en el Senado, para conocer el posicionamiento de los grupos parlamentarios del PP y del PSOE y de las administraciones regional y central acerca de la propuesta que plantea que el Corredor Ferroviario de Alta Velocidad entre Palencia y Santander, pase por Burgos.
Los castellanistas burgaleses destacan que el trazado ferroviario Palencia-Santander actualmente previsto, margina a la provincia de Burgos, negándola un acceso directo a la costa cantábrica. Con la línea férrea de alta velocidad prevista Palencia-Burgos-Aguilar-Santander, dado que se utiliza el tramo de otra línea ya proyectada (la Valladolid-Burgos), lo único que se realiza es sustituir el tramo Palencia-Aguilar por el tramo Burgos-Aguilar, con una reducción de trayecto a construir de 20 kilómetros. Esta pérdida de ubicación estratégica de Burgos con relación al diseño de la nueva red de infraestructuras estatales, es además algo ya constatado por el 1º Boletín de Coyuntura Económica editado por Caja Rural de Burgos y publicado este mismo mes de febrero de 2009.
Con esta modificación propuesta, la alta velocidad ferroviaria Palencia-Burgos-Aguilar-Santander, se realiza un importante ahorro económico (543 millones de euros frente a los 662 millones del trayecto original previsto), no se afecta prácticamente el tiempo de viaje estimado entre Palencia y Santander, beneficiaría a todas las ciudades de Castilla y León con destino Santander (especialmente Valladolid y Palencia), ya que la frecuencia global de trenes a Santander sería mayor, y captaría viajeros del conjunto del AVE que une Madrid con País Vasco. Por todo ello se tendría una línea con más demanda, más rentable y que posibilitaría una mayor frecuencia de trenes.
La propuesta de unir por alta velocidad ferroviaria Palencia-Burgos-Aguilar-Santander, es coherente con la filosofía del AVE de unir grandes y medianos núcleos de población, vertebra ferroviariamente mejor la Comunidad de Castilla y León y el conjunto del norte peninsular, todo ello sin perjudicar los intereses de ciudades como Valladolid, Palencia o Aguilar de Campoo. Los castellanistas también coinciden con las afirmaciones realizadas por los profesores del Área de Ingeniería del Terreno de la Universidad de Burgos, en el sentido de que el trazado propuesto presenta notables ventajas añadidas desde el punto de vista geotécnico, topográfico o medio ambiental, por lo cual desde el punto de vista social y técnico es la opción más acertada.
Finalmente, el PARTIDO DE CASTILLA Y LEÓN (PCAL-BURGOS) considera que las previsiones ferroviarias de alta velocidad del PP (Plan Viaria) y del PSOE (PEIT) han marginado sensiblemente las comunicaciones de Burgos con su entorno, y muy especialmente de la capital del Cid con Madrid (por Aranda de Duero) y con Santander, por todo ello, les reclama que rectifiquen en sus anteriores errores, incluyendo la comunicación ferroviaria de alta velocidad entre la Meseta y Cantabria, a través de Palencia-Burgos-Aguilar-Santander.

Que tenga paradas en Oriñón, Castro, Islares-Guriezo, Liendo, Colindres- La Pesquera, Laredo, Santoña, Argoños y enlace con la linea de FEVE existente, que deberia de hacerse en via doble entre Bilbao y Santander.

Tambien quiero comentarle que me entusiama mucho la idea de su partido, de unir fuerzas entre Castilla y León y Cantabria para hacer sinergia y tener mas peso en el conjunto de España, dado que lamentablemente, ambas autonomías comparten serios problemas como son la despoblación y la emigración de nuestros jovenes a otros lugares en busca de un futuro mas prometedor fuera de estas dos regiones. Siempre he sostenido la idea de que ambas regiones deberian ser complementarias para el bien de los habitantes que las pueblan, metaforicamente hablando sería algo así como "Batman y Robin". ¿Por que no apuestan ustedes por transladar su agrupación politica (LU) a Castilla y León, o en otro caso, acercarse de alguna manera a todos los partidos politicos minoritarios de Castilla y León que están integrandose en la coalición PCAS (Consejo de Comunidades Castellanas, no confundir con partidos nacionalistas), para que su agrupación sea palpable y cercana a la ciudadania Castellano-Leonesa?
